Well, emailed my acceptance of the new position. We'll see how it goes. I am pretty sure they are actually trying to do right by me, but I have ever never felt more as if the management of my company is an opposing side I have to maneuver around.

It's 87 here (NC). I have chili on the stove because it's autumn, no matter what the thermometer says. By the end of the week, the temperature will supposedly reflect the season.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
It's 90 here. Not the best weather for doing more unpacking and/or putting together our Ikea storage units for our kitchen (they're new and pretty cool: [link] ). As Cole Porter would say, it's too darn hot.
