See, in my fantasy, when I'm kissing you... you're kissing me. It's okay. I can wait.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The song in my head is, of course, now morphing into I Wanna Be Cowboy (because of the "you can be my cowgirl" line)

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Oh, no, not another earworm!(I've had some odd ones recently. The Steely Dan earworms I understand, but why has "Pilot of the Airwaves", a song I haven't heard since the early 80s, shown up?)

I don't think I've heard it outside of my own head in a long time. I imagine I get a lot of it wrong, too.

Thrive to spite them

When I moved from VT to NC I sedated Penny the first day of the trip but not the second (or maybe the first 2 days and not the third. it's kind of a blur). She did ok after she had been sedated and gotten used to it.

Previously when she'd gone to the vet she'd managed to pee all over the carrier but going to AND from the vet.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

My cats make the Chicago to KC trip a couple of times a year. They cry for a while, then sleep. It's a long time to be in the carrier (expect 8.5 - 9 hours) but I don't think they'd tolerate 2 days in a row in the carrier.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

OMG, the Maru video that Good Stuff just linked to is the best one ever.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good old Maru.

It's like Maru knew profile was going to work best for that.

I had a tooth extraction this afternoon and the whole wad-of-gauze-in-the-mouth thing cannot end soon enough. I'm starting to feel hungry, but the idea of eating just seems gross. Ugh.
