You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Wow! That's an excellent house, Pix and ND. I hope you get it.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Fingers crossed, Pix & ND.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Best of luck, Pix and ND. The house is gorgeous!

ltc and I were both tired and cranky this morning, but I still managed to get her to school on time. I'm at the coffee shop looking at an Edx course.

Definitely finger-crossing time.

House luck!

Mac was not feeling well this morning, so less than a month in, his first sick day.

Oh Ted Cruz. What are we gonna do with you?

Our wings are not tired.

Random declaration of love: I am grateful that James Corden is a readily available source of delight and distraction. (don't ever tell me anything bad about him because I would cry and cry)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

PixND - WOW!!! Good luck!!

We paid for our kitchen remodel by moving from a Brooklyn coop to the suburbs and banking the difference. Not a practical option for everyone, sadly.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

For my kitchen, I had refinanced, and I had some cash from dad as well. I now have a HELOC for various house projects, which may cover a new bathroom in a year or so.
