Sorry to hear that Dana. May your husband find a better place to work soon.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I have to pack, but we are chilling for a bit after dinner. The Federer match is about to start, so I will pack and spectate.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Laura, glad to hear that surgery went well. Dana, that's sucky. At least he won't have to be furtive about any interviews. msbelle, congrats on the car!

This seems to be the week for vendor/contractor types to say creepy, inappropriate things to me at work. Is it really only Tuesday? One guy may face some consequences, at least.

Y'alls, msbelle is thick in her accent on fb. I think she's out petting her car.

It is still at the dealership. I went by myself to see it today, so no way to get it home. I have only put $1000 down until the transfer of money clears into my checking account so I can write a check for the balance and on that day, one of my parents will take me up and I will drive it home. I need to clean up the garage in the next day so that it will fit inside, that will require lots of piling of boxes. Perhaps I go into work tomorrow, get my laptop and "work from home" the rest of the day.

Thats right, you've got a near driver happening to need the old car, so you'll keep it. (OMG, how? ) My eldest nephew is also getting driving lessons. Funnily enough, the youngest can already drive, better than his brother, once you put blocks on the pedals(of course that happened.) He's 10, but a gearhead.
