I just said that you're pretty. Even when you're covered in...engine grease, you're... No, especially, especially when you're covered in engine grease.

I'm making my grilled cheese. The toasting bread is perfect, but the raclette has a too subtle flavor for a good grilled cheese. Perhaps a medium-sharp cheddar.

Timelies all!

Usual quiet Sunday here.

Laura, sounds like it was exactly what everyone needed it to be.

I need to clean my house. I don't wanna clean. But the cathair must be kept at bay.

I need a caregiver. I am too stupid sometimes. So I don't think I was having hot flashes, I think I was crashing from low blood sugar. I apparently need a reminder to eat food first thing if I sleep past noon. coffee alone will not help, in fact, will harm. same goes for taking meds. Also don't think I ate enough yesterday. not even sure what I ate. A larabar, and some cherries, I know I had those. A yogurt. and I think I had a grilled cheese and some egg and quinoa breakfast bites. so maybe like 1200 calories, that is on the low side for a day with the gym, but not really horrible I mean, I have fast stores. anyone I hope this was just low blood sugar - was having waves of nausea, then mild anxiety, then some dizziness, then hands and feet started tingling. I am having some dry honey nut cheerios and I had some frozen grapes. really nothing sounds good and I keep belching and I am hot (ice pack on my head). but then chilly.

I swear this feels like food poisoning, but no throwing up.

also also, I swear I was getting calls from my pharmacy this week, but I just went to pick up meds and they show I picked up on the 11th. I do remember getting them recently, but then I took my last pill in this bottle this morning. So I just got the bottle from the trash and the date on it is 7/16, so where is the bottle I got on the 11th. I no this is not helped by whatever is going on in paragraph above, but I feel like I am going crazy.

Sorry to stream of consciousness my meltdown here, but I can't really call my parents crying in a state like this, they don't really get anxiety/panic attacks and they' d freak out and want to take me to dr and I am 90% sure that if I just keep steadily eating this sugary carby goodness at a slow and steady rate I will be ok soon.

Oh, msbelle, that sounds awful. Eating is probably a good thing to do right now. Would something protein-y help? Have you been drinking much water?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh dear! And ditto on the water -- I get weird nauseous feelings when I'm dehydrated. Also, are the meds anything that would have withdrawal symptoms from not taking them?

I did have some water. I made my stomach feel worse. I am getting some chilled in the fridge to try another class.

still having waves of nausea and feeling very hot, followed by belching- which while better than throwing up is not really welcome either.

Oh and I found the meds in a reusable shopping bag I left in the car. Yeah these are the anti-anxiety meds - no one wants me to go off those cold turkey, even though they are a small dosage, they are necessary.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Have you been doing anything outside? It's hotter than hell, as I'm sure you know.
