My wife is all upset about the fact that I never got around to trying to fix her Facebook problem.
Her
Facebook problem. Not yours. She is an adult. Why can't she check and contact Facebook directly? it's her account, and she would be able to give them details without having to relay them through you.
I'll say it again. You deserve to not feel like you're waiting for the other shoe to drop about what your wife may be upset or angry about. It doesn't matter if she has legitimate problems or issues, THEY AREN'T ALL YOUR FAULT, and they aren't all your burden to shoulder or fix. Or be someone she targets for her frustration and anger. That's not an equal partnership.
I gotta say, the toxic stories of the gaslighting and abuse in Gud's stories, followed by all the same reassurances every time actually makes me really, really anxious and stirring a lot of painful stuff up in my own past. (Not to say that these conversations shouldn't happen of course! Just taking stock of my own reactions.)

Same. It's literally part of the reason I'm in therapy, and it stirs up my raaaaaaage and shame like crazy.
Glad your dad is safe -t
It's her FB. There are plenty of ways for her to get help. Contact FB directly. Reach out to people she knows. Google her problem and see if someone else has had it.
You are busy and she knows this.
I don't have a spouse to rely on to fix those kinds of problems for me and even if I did I would still work on it myself. Especially if my spouse were busy.
I finally messages my Trumpster uncle to ask after this weekend what could Trump do to lose his support .
Become an uber liberal was the response. I said so becoming like me would make you reject him ok. And uncle shot back that I was doing the same thing . I told him that actually I don't know why he supports Trump because I didn't think my uncle had the same values as Trump. I see Trump as the antithesis of Christ. (What I didn't say was you are a preacher this is what I don't understand) but if my uncle agrees with all the horrorible things that Trump does then yes I'm rejecting him.
Scarfed an apple, now have hiccups.
I keep feeling like I should say something on FB about Charlotte, but I just can't. It's too much.
Gud, it's unpossible that TCLBITW is starting a career! And that her younger brother is in a college-high school senior year.
Unpossible, I say. Congrats to them, and to you for getting them this far.
I refrain from comment on any other family member.
Well now he's said that Obama is going to go down in history as the most narcissistic, racist president so I am rejecting him

I've hit the point where, when people (even loved ones) say things like this, I just laugh and laugh. That is genuinely all I can do. (And then I unfollow/unfriend on FB.)
Sorry if my posts are triggering. Maybe I shouldn't vent.
I'm legitimately curious why he would think Obama was the most racist president. I'd go with Andrew Jackson there.
