I'm sorry, dad. You know I would never have tried to save River's life if I had known there was a dinner party at risk.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I had completely forgotten Troy and have no idea where that is going. I had forgotten how much got covered in the pilot.

I admit, I'm still a Logan fan. But Weevil is pretty awesome. Maybe I need a rewatch.

Went on my alumni boat cruise this evening, it was nice. The weather was good other than being hazy from the wildfires in Canada. But that made the moon freaky red tonight.

Laura, yay your son and gf!

I am somewhat of a prescriptivist I admit. And I therefore reject "usie" in no uncertain terms. Banned.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Are you listening to Go Pirates! It is the previously dot tv podcast rewatching Veronica Mars- they are the TWOP people.

I am starting a S1 rewatch of Veronica Mars. So much I had forgotten.

I learned so much new stuff in my recent rewatch, and, just last night got lent the movie dvd. Looking forward to that as an end of day treat.

I am all about the Weevil. AAAANNND, this go round, I really notice the darkness in him more than I did the first couple of go-rounds. Dude has layers.

Having so recently rewatched, it is making it hard for me to take Tessa Thompson's Ragnarok character entirely seriously.

Thanks for the tip about Go Pirates!, Sophia. With West Wing Weekly and Still Pretty, I'm really enjoying these show-based deep dives.

Sophia, I am not, but that sounds like a great thing to listen to today at work.

I am all about Logan and more Logan and then even more Logan. I do not hate Duncan as much this time around, but maybe I will after more than 4 EPA. I remember I found him so boring with zero chemistry.

I had also forgotten that Paris Hilton was in more than one ep, no memory of that whole thing at all.

I had totally blocked out Paris myself...and can see why. Wooden is not an adequate adjective for those performances and I now remember thinking that stunt casting really cheapened the brand right out of the gate. On the other, hypocritical hand, I was totally there for Joss and Kevin Smith.

Zero-0-Zero chemistry. Which is a wonder, considering the otherwise excellent casting.

I could never figure out why they were trying to make Duncan a thing. But, in the most recent rewatch, it made more sense because Veronica's starting point was great, but she matured so much, so quickly. I felt the nature of her relationship with Duncan was important to provide contrast to her much more conflicted, and nuanced relationship with Logan.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I always feel like I Should Be Doing More. Other people need to and should relax and take it easy, but I shouldn't.

I'm kind of the opposite of that first. Rationally, I know I should be doing more, being more proactive about housework, exercise, and long-delayed side tasks at work. But I don't feel like most of that is urgent and I apply an "I'll deal with that when I HAVE to" attitude to most stuff.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sophia, I am not, but that sounds like a great thing to listen to today at work.

Ah ha! You both are the (kind of) people who are glad Previously.tv has turned from a recap site to a podcast network. I don't want to listen to more podcasts!
