OMG, mortifying -- I forgot to put my former team member's departure in the internal newsletter, and then I just sent the facts to the person who sends it out, and she just put it right in! Alongside everyone else's dramatic notes about how amazing their leaving people are and what great things they are going to do! So now I am late and also uncaring. Awesome.
