Gud has just moved up my list of

I have a fashion/clothing alteration question for the hivemind! Should I turn the black & red floral dress I'm wearing under the lace jacket in this photo into a skirt? [link]
On the one hand, the dress fits me! On the other hand, having large red flowers across my already prominent bust makes me have second and third thoughts about using it as a dress.
The actual alteration would probably take me about 15 minutes total, and that includes the time to drag out and set up the sewing machine.
I like it as a dress, but I may be overly fond of large floral prints.
I like it as a dress, but if you don't, why not alter it?

I have developed a ridiculous fondness for the large floral prints that were on the black crinkle cotton or rayon skirts & dresses from the 90s. Thanks to a friend's mum clearing her closet, I have a few now, and I really like wearing them with a tank top and a lace dress.
everything is horrible and we are all gonna die.
I think my motto for 2018 is gonna be "Stronger medication is needed".

The 90s fashions are back so hard that I saw velvet chokers in a catalog tonight. Also floral babydoll dresses and clompy stompy boots. It's Beverly Hills 90210, the college years, all over again!
I hate to admit how much I loved that look.

I'll admit, there's a lot about 90s goth fashion that I am super nostalgic for. Bring on the retreads!
I'm expecting the '80s lace and shoulders back any day now.
As long as the shoulder pads are easily removable, I'm for that fashion resurgence, too.
