I'm finding all of this really scary. Ugh. Our prosecutor opted to not bring charges against Ray Tensing a third time for killing Sam Dubose. I'm not surprised, because if there were a third trial, I think it would have had a hung jury again. But I am disappointed in this whole damn system.
