Snakes or rats in my toilet might require moving. Living in Florida we do encounter critters in the house from time to time. One of my paranoid habits is always lift the seat and make sure there isn't a critter lurking before I sit. In 37 years I have never encountered this theoretical critter, and yet I shall continue this preventive measure. The security of my tender bits is worth this effort.
I love logging into dead file systems in the morning.
