Handsome brooding vampire guy has to swoop in all sensitive mouth and overhanging forehead. How 'bout leaving some scraps for the homely-looking fellows who don't turn evil when they get some?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

::checks profile:: Yes, that would be great, Jess! Thanks!

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

For anyone interested in tennis, this Murray/Fognini match is nuts.

Day 2 of a migraine steroid pack. Sometimes I don't really notice much in the way of side effects. This time, that's not working out. It messed with my sleep last night, and I've spent today with hot flashes.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So I'm working on something related to a donor who has died, and it's all normal stuff, but then someone just said to me, "You know everyone thinks his wife did it!" so I googled him, and I totally remember the Law & Order based on his death!!!! I can't give the rest of the details, I guess, but dag.

I should check to see if Wimbledon allows me to stream since I can't remember what I did last year.

I was productive yesterday, but not on projects. I've been productive today on projects, but not that one project that I should have prioritized, maybe. I described it earlier as pushing a bunch of boulders up a hill and trying not to let too many of them roll back too far.

I am going outside to take a walk now, because sunshine.

It's funny how just a few miles (well, 40ish, but that's not very far) makes such a difference between going-for-a-walk-because-sunshine and went-for-a-quick-walk-hours-ago-in-hopes-of-beating-the-heat (it was still very hot, but not as hot as now, so)

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

OK, I am off to brave the Friday after work crowd at Trader Joe's.

ETA as soon as I do this one thing I forgot about. Sigh.

It's been gloomy and I've been wearing scarves, so the fact that it's sunny and above 70 is lovely. I'd waft Karl your way to cool things down if I could.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Just picked up my new glasses and am getting used to progressive lenses again. I can read my iPad without taking my glasses off!

I get a haircut tomorrow so I'll post a selfie to FB then.
