Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Just picked up my new glasses and am getting used to progressive lenses again. I can read my iPad without taking my glasses off!

I get a haircut tomorrow so I'll post a selfie to FB then.

Well, the abx are definitely working. Which cornfirms infection in the tooth. Now whether from errant root or something else, that's for Monday. But it looks like I might be able to gorge on tacos and sopes on both sides on my mouth for my birthday! (Food tastes different when you're trying to keep it on one side.)

sara, what was your gallbladder pain like? (I'm trying to not internet-diagnose myself with gallstones or pancreatitis.) (I won't say how long I've been having intermittent abdominal pain, but it's been more than a couple of weeks.) (In my defense, I have IBS, so for a while I thought it was that.)

Back cramps. (I thought it was menstrual cramps, I've had them like that before, but they don't last 8 hrs.) It was basically painful waves of tightness and sore from hip to just at shoulder blades, wrapping around sides, like my ribs were bruised and in a corset. None of the pain was in my abdomen until it was over and then when they poked me in the gallbladder under right rib, I responded with DON'T DO THAT. From what I understand now, while the immediate area around my gallbladder wasn't that painful, hell, I didn't notice until after, the 'attack' was my gallbladder spasming and setting off sympathetic spasms elsewhere. In my case, back.

It probably happened at least 2x in the week before the big one. All back pain, contortions and yogaing was worthless.

Hmm. Mine radiates to my back, but is also pretty well camped out in the front. But center (just below my sternum) and left, at the same below-sternum level. It's not a constant pain, and nothing makes it better.

This really has been going on for at least a month. (Again, in my defense, I have IBS and I thought it was just flaring up. But this is not IBS.) I should call my doctor Monday. Or I can email for an appointment right now -- I always forget about that.

I do note that my back torso muscles absorb a lot of "don't know wtf to do with this drama, gonna store it here" so I don't know how universal my experience. By the time I saw the docs, the gallbladder soreness & the five 4s jumped to fore, the backpain was viewed as side effect & they sent me to ultrasound.

I hope you're not gestating a mutant dino egg like me. My gallbladder lived on the right & was sore when poked, but given dino mutant egg, I don't know if that's normal.

I was wondering if "alien baby" is covered under our insurance plan.

Well, mine only cost me $80 but I didn't get to keep it. I just got a picture.

If I have an alien baby, I'm keeping it and raising it to overthrow the government.
