Hypothetically speaking, the first and third numbers were switched, so it is going to the wrong block. Also totally hypothetically, there may possibly have been unfortunately large handwriting for the name, so some initials may have been in use, thereby theoretically obsuring which family it belongs to.

Happy birthday, Teppy! I'm glad to hear the card made it!
Y'all, does it make me a bad person to wish that something would happen to Mitch McConnell?
My fantasy is that he gets swept up in all the investigations and ends up rotting in a federal prison.
This morning on the radio, they played a sound clip of Johnny Depp saying something about John Wilkes Booth and "the last time an actor killed the president,"
45 doesn't go to the theatre, Johnny. You're gonna have to moonlight as a caddy.
What are folks doing this weekend????
Sunday will be my 3rd Krav based self-defense class. This one is combatives, so I'll probably be hitting things. Tomorrow I may see if I can find a quiet spot along the lake to hang out for while.
Hypothetically speaking, the first and third numbers were switched, so it is going to the wrong block.
So, because our neighborhood is weird, the block only goes between 4000 and 6000. No idea why. So if the first and third numbers were transposed, I have no idea where it may have gone. But now I want to know!
My card had the same address error, so you may still get the 1st postcard. I figured as long as the zip was correct there was a decent chance you'd get it.
My card had the same address error
I didn't even notice! But I just looked at the envelope, and it sure does. How about that!
I can neither confirm nor deny that it would be funny as heck if you got two postcards.
ETA: Especially since one of them just has your last initials rather than last names. Eh, can't hypothetically blame the post office - they do some fine work, but they can't read minds.
So, an hour and a half ago I sat down to write. Then I thought, "I need music to write by." Then I thought, "I should just make a writing playlist so I don't have to decide which stuff works."
You can see where this is going: multiple playlists, mulling over which cuts go where, playing things and going "I forgot I had that!", debating the archival purity of one cut in two places and forgetting the purpose of playlists, and no writing done.
Cupcakes...done.
Freezing a layer of ice in the bottom of my cupcake carrier...done.
Homework discussion question and response...done.
Week 7 paper...done.
Schoolwise, I still have another discussion question and response to do plus my big paper. I technically have 4 days to get those done, by I have only a couple of hours available each day.
Current plan is to do the DQ and responses during training tomorrow and the majority of the paper on Sunday. At least greet all the research done. I'm fairly decent at writing once I have my supporting documents figured out.
My bags are packed. I'm ready to go. DH is cooking my breakfast, then I am on the road to NC with my dog and sister. Whee! Later.
Happy travels, Laura!
Cupcakes sound lovely. I'm planning to make blueberry cobbler this weekend, so I probably shouldn't have cupcakes as well, but my they sound nice.
Today I'm planning on putting up some new window shades that I'm hoping the cat won't destroy. My blinds look like a small tornado went through them (which isn't too far from the mark *gives cat a look*), and I'm tired of replacing them.
