I like celery, even entirely by itself. And flavoring soup, etc. Yum. Celery root also.

Celery pieces in soup or stir-fry are a BETRAYAL.
Isn't there a celery-flavored beverage?
Yes! Dr. Brown's Cel Ray: [link]

Preach it sister.
Teppy is me. There is celery soda which I hope never to encounter.

I've seen it in person, but I think the only way I'd drink it is if I were very drunk.

Same!
Celery root soup is good. Otherwise, celery is a waste of space.
Between the jet lag and the car trip, I have a migraine. I'm trying a sample of a new medication the neurologist gave me, which is a nasal spray. If it actually stops a migraine, that would be awesome.
I'm on pins and needles about the retrial of the University of Cincinnati police officer who killed an unarmed black man, Sam Dubose, during a traffic stop. The first trial resulted in a hung jury after 25 hours of deliberation, and the jury in the second trial has just hit about 26 hours of deliberation.
A second mistrial is going to be just as bad as an acquittal. I don't have a great feeling about this.
I really think that *if* the officer is convicted, it will be because he was a campus officer, not a city of Cincinnati officer. But even so, after all the fucking acquittals of LEOs who've killed black men, I feel like a conviction here would be a damn miracle.
