That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Your plan for Friday sounds totally reasonable and kind to me. I'm glad for your sake that you'll be staying home.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Both a good and a wise choice, Steph, I think.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Absolutely. It's not safe or kind to be honest, so it's almost like you're translating it into language he can understand. Or something.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

A bit of levity from the wilds of Tinder… I think this is a typo? Dude is describing kinds of movies he likes.

Action, comedies, marital arts, some sci fi, old westerns and b&w.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Welcome back, Dana!

msbelle, that is some serious adulting. You deserve all the stickers.

marital arts

Well, I think The Thin Man movies qualify. Maybe Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

That should totally be a Netflix category.

A friend's daughter tagged her in a bunch of photos on FB, with the caption "Gun day at the Zoo!" I hope to god that's a typo, or else the Cincinnati Zoo is dead to me. (I'm 99% sure it's a typo, since the "F" and the "G" are right next to each other, plus I'm pretty sure Gun Day at the Zoo would be in the news.)

In the US I would not disbelieve Gun Day.

Switzerland is mad expensive yo. A medium iced coffee at Starbucks is almost $8. A plain drip is $5!

Also last night was the solstice and some kind of city wide party but I had a migraine so went to sleep at 5pm. Woke up at 10, read for a couple hours and then slept until 5am.

Now killing a few minutes after breakfast before I have to suit up and go to a meeting all day long.

Teppy, that plan sounds totally reasonable to me.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Gack. Got to bed around 9:30, woke up at 5. Sort of managed to get back to sleep until 6:30. I am still sleepy.
