Tyler was traumatized by grass at that age. And sand. Screeching, full body meltdown.
He's now seriously in love with playing baseball. Safe to say he got over it.
Their neurons are making new links, sometimes the pathways get crossed.
(I was in swimming lessons since age 1. Round about 3, I one day developed terrors, swam across the pool, got into my car seat and couldn't be budged. It took another 2 years to get me back into the water, and then I was fine.)

It's certainly in better repair than the Italian village or Scottish island we've considered.
Looks great msbelle, but it better come with a staff, because none of us are keeping it clean!!

Mom is being released from the hospital today. She's just zipping along in terms of general recovery. She has to be unbelievably careful of the incision until it heals -- the amount of precautions she has to take is enormous -- but she's already taking small walks at a fairly decent pace (a moderate stroll, let's say) with someone keeping her steady. And doesn't have any pain. How wild is that???
That's amazing, Steph! Good for her.
That is wild, Steph - I'm so glad she's healing so well.

Yay, Steph's mom! Wonder Woman powers might run in th family.
Sparky, maybe the dean will give ice cream? Yeah, I didn't think so either, but putting the idea out there for the universe to deliver to him can't hurt.
