Speaking of Budget Bytes, as Jess was earlier, I just took the last of her curry lentils out of the freezer, and they are so delicious! And basically lentils and rice could not be a cheaper meal. Note: that recipe makes an Enormous Cauldron of Lentils.

Amy, I tend to buy the pasta made out of vegetables whenever I see it for cheap and keep a few jars of pasta sauce on hand and cook them up with a pound of ground turkey. Makes a half-dozen or so servings, and in my house lasts a good week or so with only 2 of us eating it.
