hwæt

So my apartment is a complete fucking disaster. Piles of dishes in the sink; clothes strewn all over the floor; dust everywhere.

So today I went out and shot two rolls of film. Now I'm sitting at a bar.

To be fair, it really was one of the nicest days of the year today.

Our wings are not tired

I think you made the right choice Tom.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Seriously, don't waste nice weather when you have the time to get out in it. The apartment can wait.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm with them.

Yay Dana!

Jesse, I love my Danskos for their arch support. But, as with all shoes, it's how they fit the foot in question that's the main issue. I hope they work out for you.

Yeah, I wore them for a half-hour of errands, and they went well! So that's good.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I slept in, way in. everything hurts. I made some eggs and egg and sausage muffins for breakfast this week, then sat down with coffee and haven't moved since. I should do one or more of the following, but I am not sure it will happen:

ebay LLR things
go to grocery store
go to gym or do 10 minutes of exercise here
clean bathroom

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Yesterday I went to the optometrist for contact lenses and glasses, and kinda sorta decided to order two pairs of glasses with my insurance because I couldn't decide between two frames. The woman helping me kept laughing at how cute one of the frames was when I tried them on, which could be a sales tactic but hey. I also signed up for a half marathon with Hogwarts Running Club and made an impulse purchase of Cool Ranch Doritos because you gotta even those things out, right?

I went to the farmer's market and got fruit, veg, and flowers this morning. Watched hockey, did laundry and dishes, went to the library.

Oh, and I passed my last mothertrucking final exam so I'm now done with my professional certification at Stanford. I'm going to watch SO MUCH TV now.

YAY shrift!

I'm surprised you went out: are you well away from the B2B madness?

I am lounging on my futon while my banana cream pie chills, although I should go bring the laundry in off the line...

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I'm tired and my back hurts and a really good writer just deleted all of their stuff from AO3, and I have it downloaded, but it means they will never write more amazing Finn/Poe.

My life, so hard.

Dana, is the recuperation bit at least bearable?

I've just bingewatched Harlots while I folded literally 6 loads of laundry. I still have one more load to fold but no more episodes to watch.

Anyone else watch Harlots?

Oh, yeah, the recuperation is fine. I mean, I had back surgery three days ago and I can walk halfway the length of a Walmart and back. Which I could not do Thursday morning. I'm just whiny, and I probably need to go to sleep.
