(((flea))) I'm sorry, that sounds really hard. I am not a parent, but I think as long as you are not actively fucking your kids up (and it seems like you are not) you are doing pretty well! Also, Casper sounds like younger me which makes me think ADHD might be a suspect.

My aunt Joyce passed away at 2:20 a.m. today.
She was a huge positive influence on my life, and while I've been here I've been hearing stories about all the wonderful things she's done to help other people.
I'll post more about her later. Despite sleeping late today (again) I am just exhausted. I'm just going to take it easy today before my flight early tomorrow. (It hasn't been cancelled yet!)
