I have not had cheese in proper meatloaf before, but at one of the houses I worked at, we had a recipe for a muffin pan meal that was basically mini cheeseburger muffins. So close in concept, and tasty.
After ducking me all day Friday, the woman at the doctor's office is trying to get me in today for the steroid shot that will hopefully help alleviate my pain. Cross your fingers.
