Big news! Turns out if you get enough sleep the night before, 7AM meetings are not so unbearable.
I don't think there's enough sleep to make 7AM meetings bearable for me. I am barely coherent in 9AM meetings.
I dreamt last night that there were $55 denomination bills. And i had a bunch of them in my wallet. The math around them was tedious.
I hate staff meetings. And I did not start liking them any better when I started having to schedule and run them myself.
And now that I'm not on my work computer, holy shit, that sucked. I would have traded off being exhausted if we could have had a pleasant meeting. Instead, we went in circles for at least half an hour, and my teammate snapped at someone else. Ugh.
Yes, the hair extensions have to come out. I want to have a bit of a tantrum now.
I don't mind (as much) getting up early for meetings that are productive and useful, but when it's circular bullshit with no conflict resolution, it's the worst.
