Florida geography gets weird. Silk Stallings was set in South Florida but showed cliffs a lot. One episode went to Tallahassee and looked more like south Florida.
The Glades at least admitted to making their own version of Florida but it was weird to see an episode where they drove from South Florida to panhandle area twice in a day as if they were driving an hour.
Warehouse 13 had a haunted prison situated on an old quarry with pictures of workers and what looked like a a mine entrance.
agreed.
I was wondering if you had seen it msbelle. Seemed right up your alley.
saw it WITH mac. I was a bit of a wreck.
I could swear I remember an SG1 episode where Jack bitches about all the planets having these annoying trees. Could be a blooper reel. Could be a fic that was good enough to transition into head canon.
And everybody speaks English!
I'm going to be in Transcarquinesia (specifically Richmond) tomorrow evening, so I think I will pop down to the New Parkway for the 8:55 showing of Arrival. Anyone want to join me? Contact info in profile
I posted in Natter, but I should have posted here. I've drawn up my Oscar spreadsheet and now begin the planning to squeeze in as many as possibly before Sun night.
I have Lobster from the library and plan to watch tonight, plus 13th off Netflix.
Wed night might be a bust.
Thursday I have asked for the day off and if I get it I could knock out Arrival and maybe Fences.
Friday after work would normally be when the real marathon begins, but I have a mandatory work thing at 5:30 AND have to get mac from drivers ed at 8:20, so that ruins after work slot #1.
Definitely watch Fences if you can.
I have been kind of resisting watching Fences because I saw a stage production years ago with James Earl Jones and, I don't know, I don't want to replace that memory with the movie? Something like that.
