I saw All of Us Strangers this past weekend and have hardly stopped thinking about it since. Anyone else seen it?

Yes! Loved it even though it basically wrecked me. Even though I'm pretty happy with the nominations, of all the "snubbed" films that is probably the one I'm most upset about it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

TCG picked Cloud Atlas for movie night tonight? We just started watching it. Am I supposed to want all of these characters to die painfully?

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

Wim Wenders’ Perfect Days is by far the closest I’ve come to watching myself being depicted on screen. It was… extremely unsettling.

The Math Greek wants to see this when he comes up this weekend and I can't decide if this makes me want to go more or less than before.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I feel like the Warchowskis peaked with the first Matrix movie and haven't figured out how to replicate the magic.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

To be fair Jupiter Ascending is pretty entertaining, though not for the reasons they probably thought.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Photos from the upcoming remake of The Crow have been released, and that sure was a choice made for the look of Eric. I feel ita wouldn't have approved.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

We watched VelociPastor last night, and it is as delightfully terrible as everyone says. The best part is that the internet tells me there's going to be a VelociPastor 2, which has already finished principal photography. What a time to be alive.

Related movies that Amazon suggested were Llamageddon and Clownado. (We did not watch those, although I do love the name "Llamageddon.")
