So Wednesday mornings it has become pretty standard for me to not get a chance to eat until 1 pm. Oddly don't get as hungry as I would assume based on my usual hobbit-like eating habits.

Same thing as yesterday and last week. BUT, we may have gotten my programs to play nice together. Without doing anything special. Which makes me worry but for now, knock wood, everything is working.
I have a case of the melancholy today. Just off.

My very late lunch from Krystal was free because the server was down, so I'm not going to go back and complain about getting sweet tea rather than unsweet. It is astonishingly sweet, though. I think it's just this side of a saturated solution.
It's testing day. My hemoglobin is up, my platelets are very low and the truck passed the emissions test. I'm calling 2 out of 3 a win.

Wreath/craft question: those of you who have hung grapevine wreaths on your doors(that are actively used) do you find that they scratch the door, or is it a nonissue? If they do scratch, how do you prevent that (your answer cannot include "don't hang a grapevine wreath").

Today is my dad's 77th birthday, so the kids and I called him around midday to give him good tidings. When he answered the phone he sounded groggy, which is odd cause he has never been one to sleep in or nap. We sang and gave him our good wishes. He thanked us and said his birthday was yesterday. Now I really thought one of us was loosing it. I KNOW today is Oct 28th. Then he casually mentions that they have been in New Zeeland the last two weeks and it is 6 in the morning there. Tomorrow.
