How long does it take your ears to recover after the pressure changes of a flight? I feel like it takes me a really long time. It's a good thing I'm not a sound designer.
ISTR it varied a lot, sometimes days, sometimes hours, but I don't have a lot of recent data to reference.
Thanks Rick! My friend thinks it is a ringing endorsement of capitalism, and I just don't think it is the case.
It's been a while since I read it, but I seem to recall that it kind of took it as a given that capitalism has a ton of problems, and then the point was that communism isn't the solution to those problems -- that pretty much any system will end up with certain of the same problems, because those things happen any time anyone gets power.
Hostage situation with the cats this morning * meant flurry of activity this afternoon and evening. Cat food acquired, downstairs cleaned one batch of cookies baked and two more chilling.

I have been fairly deaf for days after flying...not sure if that's weird or not.

I'm dreading putting on a regular bra tomorrow. Weekend sports bras have been fine, but the last two days of regular, hitting all the trigger points, was thankful my office was so cold I was wearing a coat and could slip the straps off. This is untenable. And I hate bra shopping.
