Exciting, Nora!
So cool, Nora!
I had my run, and it was painfully slow and hot: I should not have worn even a lightweight wool shirt, and I didn't drink enough water beforehand. But I did it. And now I have had breakfast and ran old paint cans etc to the hazardous waste place. Gotta do the dishes and some other stuff, then more errands with my sister.
That's very exciting, Nora! I love Ireland, there's something magical about the place.
Thanks for the bullet suggestions! 90 minutes later, and I have July mapped out, listened to all the voicemails from recruiters that I'd been avoiding, and I have an appointment for a loooong overdue mammogram for this afternoon. Even if I never look at it again, it's made for a decently productive morning.
Yay productivity!!
I went to my pole dancing class, stopped at the supermarket, and am now fueling up before I go to the gym for a brief run--I bought new running shoes and it occurred to me I really should test them out before packing them on a trip with me. Am annoyed I leave tomorrow morning. Stupid people who wouldn't let me be there Tues-Thurs and had to say Mon-Weds instead! Other things I need to do today: laundry. Things I might do today: see if my neighbor has plans, or potentially go dancing.
Nora, I support this plan so we can all come visit you!
Ireland!
I'd like a magical PC app that lets me make bullet-like lists and reminds me to act on list items; take pills; and get up and move around. It should also give me virtual rewards for doing these things.
meara makes an excellent point. It's a service you can continue providing us, Nora, living in a fun to visit destination!
That is impressive, Polgara. I have, true to form, made many entries and have more to write down and have not actually done anything. But, hey, day of rest, so that seems reasonable.
Nora, that is an awesome idea. I loved Ireland when I was there.
Such an app would easily rule our lives, Ginger. Certainly mine. I hope whoever comes up with it is beneficent. Surely someone will.
