Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
I just saw some research linked on FB that when we "space out", parts of our brains are actually asleep. So maybe it's literally possible to be not-awake while peeing at night, and maybe we're sort-of like dolphins, who sleep with only half their brains at a time. Also, I am asleep right now.

I didn't have anything urgent on my plate so I have been trying to fill in the "training tracker" thing we've had since...early August but I hadn't had time to look at.
