Oh, hey, rain means I can't water for 48 hours even though tomorrow is my designated watering day. Not that I was planning to, but it's best I remember all the rules.

I'm so mad/sad I have to work tomorrow.
I'll be thinking of you this weekend, shrift, as I pack up my kitchen for the demolition to start.
Oh, man. A kitchen demolition is gonna be plenty painful, though!
I picked up some walking shoes because the soles on the ones I wear the most are starting to wear through, which is what happens when you walk 40 or 50 miles a week, I guess. And because Dana was texting me about having a peach martini while I was on my way to the store, I accidentally on purpose went to the fancy booze store near DSW and splurged on ginger liqueur and peach vodka.
I'm confident that I'll need enough cocktails over the next few weeks to kill these bottles before I move.
I'm just now eating dinner. I think I need to just sit for a while and put on an episode of Bob's Burgers.
The Professor is still in hiding after her trauma of almost having to go to the vet this morning. I hope we haven't scarred her for life!

I am trying to figure out if what we got counts as rain (If it does, I am not supposed to water either)
I think I am voting no.

shrift! Some details about those addresses.
The first one on Duboce is near two very nice neighborhoods (Duboce Triangle, and Lower Haight) BUT is directly on the N-Judah line so you'd have train traffic and some noise.
The one on Laguna is sort of an odd-lot neighborhood. You've got stuff from the Lower Haight, and not too far from Hayes Valley. But it's really on the route to the freeways, as there's a major conduit that that goes to the on-ramp to Silicon Valley (which could be a plus for you).
And the one on Golden Gate is basically near the Divisidero neighborhood (where Jen K. used to live) and there's lots of good stuff there. Also it's close--ish to Japantown and the Upper Fillmore, so that would have a lot of pluses.

Thanks, David! I think the one on Golden Gate is the only one with in-unit W/D, which is an extra point in its favor. The leasing agent is going to take me around on the 17th, and she'll send me what units are available on the 16th.

I don't think I can bring judgment to bear.
I have to stay awake until 10, maybe 10:30 to get my cheesecake chilling or no breakfast.
t /-t problems

That's why I've seen it. I knew it looked familiar. So pretty.

Good call. I'll almost always support this plan. Also, peach cocktail sounds damn good. I had a peach earlier, not a cocktail, but it did make me think that low carb dieting gives a whole new meaning to "do I dare to eat a peach?" (Spoiler alert, I did)
Have salmon in the water bath
I had to double check who posted this before I could parse it correctly.
Have you guys seen the story about the dumbass who jumped up on a Broadway stage to plug his phone into a (fake) outlet on the set? He's even more of a tool than I expected. [link]
