Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

I just called to get a moving quote and the guy was away from his desk. I feel like I'm being thwarted in my onerous tasks. Come on, universe! I'm trying to do the thing.

I'm going to eat junk food and try again in a little bit.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That sounds like the right call, shrift.

I'm giving myself a free pass on eating the Cool Ranch Doritos while I'm making this move happen.

Edit: Still away from his desk. I left an awkward message.

The only way I can handle eating low carbs is to keep a ready supply of roasted nuts handy.

I am not low carb, and that's one of my favourite snacks.

Someday, I will make it to a Trader Joe's.

Nuts and seeds and nut and seed butters have been very important on my gestational diabetes diet. Especially since I need to have protein with meals and many of the things I would normally count as a protein (milk, beans, etc) actually count as carbs.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm giving myself a free pass on eating the Cool Ranch Doritos while I'm making this move happen.

Makes sense.
