I just said that you're pretty. Even when you're covered in...engine grease, you're... No, especially, especially when you're covered in engine grease.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Ass mic sounds dangerous.

Well, I am already full up with dealing with idiots today. SunTru$t bank is made of them.

Ass mic sounds dangerous.

Ideal for wind instrumentation, though.

Amplified farts?

Oh, and so is Comcast. I'm past due because they turned off automatic payments. Why? No idea. I didn't authorize that. Why would I do that?

I don't have automatic payments. But I do have automatic reminders to make the payments.

I have to have automatic payments. I know my brain. If I see a reminder to make a payment, and I don't do it that instant, I'll forget. This is why I'm so frustrated right now with both Comcast (for turning it off) and with SunTrust (for making auto payments impossible).

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, what a nightmare, Zen! I suspect many banks spend a lot of time and money figuring out new ways to make themselves inaccessible. Whether it's so they can charge more fees or just because increasing the misery in the world serves their evil overlords occult purposes I couldn't say. Can you use a billpaying service - paypal or wherever you have a checking account or maybe a credit card - to pay SunTrust automatically whether they want you to or not? There used to be such a service that would actually write a check and mail it for you if whoever you were paying wouldn't cooperate in setting up electronic payments, but it's been a while since I've needed that.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I've been using External Transfer to pay SunTrust from my CU, but now that gives me an error message (even though the rep said there was no problem with it on their side) so I can't use it. I will set up my CU Bill Pay to pay it, but that won't solve the immediate problem, which is that I need to make a past-due payment in order to use the card again, and I've now made that payment twice and it still hasn't posted.

Is it normal for a credit card to be frozen if there's a past due amount, even though there's still a balance available? That's never happened to me before.

They obviously really want me to open a new checking account with them. I ain't gonna. Five years of their BS is more than enough. I don't have a mortgage with them anymore, so there's no reason I have to stay in this rather abusive relationship.

Oh, I see. That sucks.

I think I've had a credit card frozen if I missed a payment. Or I made the payment at 2:05 my time and it has to be in by 5 Eastern. It's one of those card-provider-discretion things, probably. Sometimes they'll just charge you a fee, sometimes they'll freeze the card.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Plus, their reps keep giving me incorrect information. Not helping. It's ridiculous. I'm going on a business trip next week, and I have to pay for everything up front and get reimbursed. I need this card. The rep told me if I made a payment at a branch it would be posted the same day. Whoops, that's not true.

Of course it's all going to work out okay; I'll just take money from my savings account instead. It's just a bunch of aggravation that triggers my anxiety and requires more energy to avoid a depression spiral. Also, being lied to just pisses me off.
