Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What a dumb day I have -- my only meetings are at 11 and noon. What about lunch?????

That Vox anti-detox diet has a scrambled eggs & avocado on wheat toast breakfast that is super yum.

Oh yeah, that was yum. I should do that whole cycle again once my CSA is done. And remember not to buy all the different breakfast items.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

You know things are awesome when after dropping your child off at school you start changing the words to the songs on the radio to be about them being an a-hole.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh dear. I'm sorry, msbelle.

In better news, I finally used up that beef fat mint soap I bought last, what, May? The beefy scent was weird, but that stuff sure lasted. Anyway, I I decided that The Owls Are Not What They Seem would make a good transitioning-to-fall soap (in my head, I have a lifestyle that calls for seasonal scents) and unwrapped it today. So nice! Smells good and my skin is all soft now. And I think the fir scent will be soothing as the late summer hangs on being too hot (mint is my usual go to summer scent, for the cooling association), pine forests are always cool, right? Well, when they aren't on fire, but that is a completely different smell.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I just got kicked out of my online meeting, and I can't tell if it's my problem or the host's problem. Schrodinger's meeting.

Schrodinger's meeting.

Don't open the box.

There have been some meetings where I'd have happily opened the box if it meant a chance of the other people in the meeting turning out to be dead.

Always a gamble.

Man, it took me half an hour after I got to work to get a cup of coffee, and an hour to switch my glasses (from regular distance to computer) and I still haven't checked my accounts for new orders. This is why people recommend not checking your email first thing, I know, but when your position has Support in the title, you kinda have to.

I've been working for over an hour since I got on the shuttle, and I still haven't made it to the office yet. Then I work 8 hours at the office and work on the shuttle home. You guys, I think I've figured out why I'm cranky!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I don't think I could work on a bus without getting motion sickness.
