I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Man, they called a meeting in the room I was testing in, for people not me, and no one told me. Once people started coming in I realized I didn't need to be there any more and started shutting my stuff down, but really, person who called the meeting could've said something, she knew damn well I wasn't part of it and I was sitting across the room from her all day.

The tweedy one is green (or pink)

Ok, that does look green (or pink) to me.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

That one looks green to me too. I was talking about the one described as "tall striped eyelet dress tropical forest green." I might have gotten lost in the forest of adjectives there.

Oh, that one does look teal! I didn't even see the forest green in the description (so many adjectives)

ETA maybe darker in the close up with the tag, but still lighter than I would expect.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I love that one! And I think it's aqua. And if you think it's going to be too low-cut, I might not get it from eBay.

I also love the Ralph Lauren one.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I like the scalloped neckline one. But my nephew's wedding showed me that anything seems to go for weddings, so I'd say if there's one you love, get it.

Oh yeah, that was the other thing I was going to say -- people wear whatever to weddings, so get what you want! (I do also like the first tweed one a lot! Nice for fall.)

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

I will try to write a few more thank you cards tonight.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I'm being a sadist (autocorrect wanted to turn that into "daisy") and listening to RL horror stories on YT. I've never been happier that under my bed is packed with shit only my cats can wiggle through, and that my drop-down steps to my attic are so squeaky there's no hope of of a sneak attack. There's even a special karate chop to make them work right. My defense of my messy apartment is that it is a highly elaborate alarm system. Yeah, step on an abandoned cat toy and try to stay silent bitch!

/has stepped on that cat toy and is finally throwing shit out.

I like the "striped eyelet dress". But you could get one of the others if you want to re-wear to work or something. I feel like teal eyelet is a compromise--warm weather design, cooler weather color?

Also, eshakti could be an option?
