I'm glad she's going to be ok. Jeez.

I love the spirit of this city. A weekly illegal dirt bike ride got shut down again by police (I hold complex and contradictory feels about this, suffice to say, authorities could handle it better than they do and the rides do have their good points) and so a group of guys decide to RIDE HORSES down Penn & north like they'd ride bikes. Including falling off. I just can't stop laughing. iPod, black dude on horse riding past a burnt out CVS, jamming out. Cheers from people filming them. I love this city.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oh, poor Zoe!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Happy birthday, Strix!

Zoe, heal swiftly!

Happy, a little belated, birthday, Strix!

Much ~ma for Zoe.

My cheap car without a ton of miles alert went off on this morning. (We're not really looking for one anymore, but I haven't canceled the alert yet). If Em was actually planning to start driving now that she's 16, I'd be all over this one.

Big, tough, and it makes everyone around you slow down.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Hey, I have a query and a problem. I need to know what is appropriate to wear to my kiddos bar mitzvah, in the synagogue. Are capped sleeve acceptable or should they be at least elbow length sleeves? I understand that my skirt length should probably be about knee length? And do I have to wear a hat or scarf?

I'm trying to get everything in a row before October when we have the bar mitzvah in Pennsylvania.

Strix, it depends on the synogogue w/r/t sleeves. There's no requirement for women to cover their heads.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Monday. I hate you and all of your works.

Yes.

This morning I've been all "Blah blah blah Monday blah blah stock market plummets blah blah..."
