I wonder if she just think she's been explanatory, not accusatory when she goes through the changes?

Natter 74: Ready or Not
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
For everyone having a bad day, me included, here is footage of a dog playing with an ocelot cub.
And NOW I am watching 90210.
As am I now. Thanks to you. Gosh, the pilot is painful.
One nice thing about the delivery delay is that I don't have to get up at 5:30am tomorrow to make my 8am meeting anymore.
Also, people bring their dogs to the office here. I got licked by a pug on my way in.

I skipped right to the college years.

You have a dream job. There is a pug in my neighborhood that I am always seeing out the window, but I can never make it outside in time to pet it!
My boss just replied to my email asking if I should bother with taking that course with "...[if you can] crowbar any of our group away from their work, it really is totally worth it". Uh. "Crowbar"? Like I'm clinging to this laptop begging for more work while my friends try to drag me away to have fun?
I replied that I wouldn't be taking the course, and also I'm taking vacation days that week instead.
My left eyeball gets lasered tomorrow at 12:15 (yes, so very metal). So I get to sleep in and have a nice breakfast. Everyone's surgical visits should be so accommodating.
Coming in late ... Zen and -t - there is an entire association of association managers - American Society of Association Executives. They have a certification program so people can become Certified Association Executives (adding CAE after their name).
In a city with a large number of associations it kind of makes sense ... as much as anything else to do with associations does.
Certified Association Executives
Yep, that's what this is for!
"The audience for this program is Association Professionals who want to apply a more systematic approach to their work and improve the success of their organizations. ... It is also a great starting point for those who are not yet eligible to sit for the Certified Association Executive (CAE) Exam."
Not sure what else is needed to become eligible to take the exam. Boss says our company offers the course every year, so by next year maybe my head will have cleared and I can think about whether I want or need to do it.
