My niece is also going to be a senior, although I am not sure when her year starts. Not quite yet, I don't think, but I could be wrong.

Great news, sj! Welcome to the world, baby Francesca!
Hi all, I seem to have disappeared for a while, but I'm trying to be back more.
I dragged myself out of bed to go to the office this morning. Yay for programmable coffee machines.
I have no dairy products in the house because I forgot to stop on the way home yesterday so now I am having iced tea in the hopes that it will get me safely to Peets.
My little cousin is off to college, but that doesn't seem as crazy because he's been a giant for years now, and I see him a lot. Sara's nephews, OTOH, are just babies! Toddlers at most.
I, of course, forgot that I needed to get gas this morning. Fortunately, the light came on to remind me before I was too far down the road to work (and went off again) - put in $5 worth at the nearest station which should be enough to get me to my preferred brand. Only a little late for work.
Mr. Holmes was excellent, and dinner afterwards was very good (especially hearing all about my parents recent trip up to my sister's) and the decaf espresso with whipped cream that I had for dessert was delicious, but my to do list really took a hit and then I didn't sleep well (decaf espresso, still too much caffeine for evening-t? Probably) so today is going to be rough. Maybe I will have a more positive outlook after a cup of coffee...
The problem with getting up super early (for me) is that I'm starving and it's not even 9:30. I ate stuff! What the hell, body?!
Your stomach is still in Chicago.
Early breakfast leads to second breakfast, IME.
Timelies all!
My eldest nephew is getting bar mitzvahed this month.(In Israel, so Gary and I are not attending) Time flies...
