Connie, that sounds like a wise and brave decision.
aurelia, he what?? inappropriate!
The doggie Halloween costumes are adorable! Please take photos for us.
My new anti-anxiety med is also an anti-awake med. Damn, she thinks I'll take this 3 times a day? No effing way. Tolerance, I must build it.
I bought too many clothes. I am going to see what works best with the stuff here at home I am hoping to pair things with and then take some back tomorrow.
I'm sorry about your mom, Laura.
I'm so chuffed to hear people excited about the Hamilton doc - the director is a high-school friend of my sister's, and I'm so proud of him! (And also insanely jealous of his proximity to LMM.)
Amazon Music will show you lyrics karaoke-style on your phone, for people who want Hamilton lyrics without physical media.
Are y'all watching High Maintenance? I just started watching the web episodes tonight....and am about to finish them. What a sweet show!

He usually tries to mix up the standard pleasantries so
I'm pretty sure he was just trying to be funny, but... yeah. He's half my age. He actually rides a skateboard to work.
The Cubs game ended during intermission of the mainstage show so half the cast was watching the tv in the props office. I'm guessing intermission will go a little long.
Wishing you much strength, Laura. I'm sorry to hear about your mom.
I'm so sorry, Laura. Thinking about you.
{{{{Laura}}}} and 'may it just get done already'~ma Connie. Packing for moving gives me massive anxiety just thinking about it, I'd rather give a TED talk on a subject about which I know nothing that even consider packing up my house. *shudder* I've told P that if we ever move, to force me to go away for a week and save up for professional movers.
Erin, the one time I had movers it was amazing.
I am getting sick, and went to bed early...and woke up at midnight and have been tossing and turning ever since. Wtf body! I'm TRYING to give you the healing sleep you need!
I'm sorry Laura. Fingers crossed for your mom.
Yesterday we had a big extended family get-together at my aunt's in Missouri for Dad's 80th birthday, an uncles's 65th, our hosts' 45th anniversary, and a cousin's imminent first baby. Was great to see everyone, much fun and good visiting time was had. Though we started off with me oversleeping and things snowballed from there to make us more than an hour late (thus cementing my family's reputation for tardiness).
