I am tired and unmotivated and whiny and I think my coffee is broken. Stupid post-vacation slump.

Natter 74: Ready or Not
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
The Blue Ray player is hooked up, the first disk of Jeeves & Wooster is set to Play All, I have boxes to unpack and a leisurely lunch to eat. I may even sit on my balcony in a little bit. I shall learn to relax and be at peace eventually.
In the hospital, computers only have IE
My work software only runs on IE, and only on an older version. Supposedly we're going to upgrade this year, but I'm not holding my breath. We use Gmail for email, which is not imho optimized for business.

Yes. You deserve to be happy.
Yes--I have both IE and Firefox on my work computer because some of our older systems only work in IE, and some of our newer ones only work in Firefox! It's ridiculous.
My support life improved markedly after our software was moved off client computers to cloud based. I don't care what browsers or ridiculous programs they have anymore nor what security crap they install. As long as they have internet we are golden. (well they still manage to screw things up, but it is much more under my control)
The Hamilton doc is on PBS tonight, and can also be streamed: [link]

The perfect opportunity to sit in my comfy chair and knit!
PBS' streaming service (which I donated $60 to use for watching Great British Bakeoff) has the Most Terrible Interface! Seriously unfriendly.

We do as well and it's been a challenge for me after using Outlook for years and years. I hate, for example, that you can't set a reminder for an email. I used that for tasking all the time with Outlook. Who knew I'd be missing something as terrible as Outlook?!

This isn't the *only* reason we ran out and bought a new TV when the old one died Tuesday, but it was a pretty big reason.
