I have been fussing over whether I have enough and sturdy enough boxes for all my books, whether I'm overloading boxes, whether the moving guys will be annoyed with me, etc. Last night I said "screw it" and bought a bunch of plastic bins with lids that I can put my books into that I know will hold the weight. Possibly not as conveniently stackable, and possibly more durable than I'll need, but the saving in anxiety is more than worth it.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Took an hour and a half to get a five-minute test for carpal tunnel. It involved more electricity and needles than I'd really prefer, but the neurologist judged it a mild case with no permanent nerve damage. Hopefully this means no surgery.

Almost always is, IME!
That sounds like good news, Dana!
Yay for goodish news, Dana. Boo for needles in hands. ::shudder::
My stylist is up to $70 (which means $84 with tip) but I have short hair and usually go 3-4 months between cuts, so it averages out okay. And she's a doll and the cuts grow out really well. However, if I do find the dress to be Eleven for Halloween, I am going to buzz my head somewhere super cheap.
Connie, sounds like a good decision to me.
Ooh. Buzzing your head? Sexy! (Also, David alert!)
My haircut is $72 with tip, but she's good. I tried another woman at the same salon, and she was ok but not as good. I should go more often but it's hard to schedule so I end up every 8-10 weeks, probably once I finish growing it out it'll be even less often.
Wow. men's haircuts are way cheaper than women's. I paid $18 for my last one, and the scalp massage that came with the shampoo alone was worth that.
Submitted the change of address form. God bless the Internet age.
I am low maintenance and am just as likely to go to the barber with DH or one of the boys.
I am unfollowing friends on FB because the crazy has gone into overdrive. Rewards for getting on TV claiming Bill is a rapist, calls for assassination, it is getting seriously ugly out there.
One of the commentators (Mark Halperin maybe) was discussing how completely pissed off the Trump supporters are going to be after they lose. They live in such a bubble being told that they are going to win by the narrow group they listen to, and they are not prepared. I know too many people who really think it is going to be President Trump. They believe this as strongly as they believe Clinton personally killed the men in Benghazi and is going going to take their guns. I worry about Hillary's safety more than ever.

Some Trump supporters are already calling for a revolution if Trump loses. I'm expecting much more talk of revolution after the election, because Trump is already telling everyone if he loses, it means the election was stolen.
Anyone remember back to the '12 election, when Obama won and Trump tweeted a call for revolution? (Trump quickly deleted the tweet.)
