Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I am also in the budget belt-tightening crowd.

Me too. Combination of repairs and overdue maintenance on the house, stress spending and an upholstery job I got ripped off on. My savings is almost gone and my debts have gone back up. I don't know, I make a decent salary too, own my house and my car, and yet I never can seem to get ahead. The stress spending and eating out are what does it, I guess. I should drop Comcast, for real, too, I don't need it and it's stupid expensive.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

538 has Clinton back up around 75%. That makes me feel better.

The stupid flowing through my inbox today makes me want to set it on fire.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

538 has Clinton back up around 75%. That makes me feel better.

The NYT poll had her at 80% this morning and 81% around 1:00.

I just feel like, holy shit, a LOT can happen in a month. The election can't get here soon enough.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I follow up on medical bills a lot, and I don't even have a lot of medical expenses! But I'm always calling to say "Is this right? It seems like a lot." And a fair amount of the time, they have billed me for more than I actually owe.

Librarian Warlord

In other political news, all those protests by women in Poland seem to have worked and gov't has backed off on the proposed legislation. It also stopped raining here today, so I finally got to walk up the hill to the castle and visit the dragon.

I get home the evening of the 12th, and the evening of the 13th I get observed for my promotion review - when my jet lagged body will think it is 1:30 in the morning. Woo?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I've reverted to the bad habit of checking five thirty-eight multiple times a day. Every time I check, Hilary is doing better. Polls-only now has her at 78.8.

The now-cast has her much higher, which means she'll probably continue to improve her polls-only score for a while.

What -t said.

My good news of the day is that I'm having lunch with an old coworker tomorrow, and my secret dream was to go to Five Guys, but I assumed she would want a kale salad, but no! She wants to go to Five Guys! (NB: I had a kale salad for lunch today.)
