The first time I remember moving was on Halloween. I got to trick-or-treat at BOTH locations!
My neighbor 2 doors down bought the land for his house just before Halloween. He was so excited to be moving to an area with kids that he brought his candy and sat on the tailgate of his truck in costume handing out treats at the vacant lot. Today he would probably get arrested.
So we'll see tomorrow how the kids did with hurricane prep, or should I say how Bobby and his girlfriend did because his brother was no help. They are going to get hammered. Is it really wrong that I am happy that most of my customers will not be working tomorrow or Friday so I can take off and go to NYC the next couple days. This whole being away for the hurricane is pretty cool.
Zen, have you checked the address on Zillow to see if they have an agent listed?
I did, and they don't. Nor on Realtor.com. Searching on the address gives me nothing useful. I don't get owning a rental property and just letting it sit empty.

Having a horror of vague plans for important things that borders on OCD has its uses. The phrase "Oh, it'll work out" can drive me to fury.
Zen, I'd look at craigslist for postings that are likely to be that place, and actually wouldn't expect to see places listed by address. At least not in places I've lived.
So my neighbor called me to find out if we were evacuating because the police stopped while he was prepping his yard and told him he should leave. He didn't know we were out of town. So he is going to move our vehicles to his office where they won't get trashed and is checking on Bobby's shuttering and prep. I love my neighbors!

They all get away with it. If you make abortion illegal then of course you're going to punish women. We're supposed to believe that self-induced abortions will be just fine if abortion is illegal? How stupid do they think we are? That's aside from Mike Pence having already supported a law that does punish women.
Maybe it's my bias but it seems like Republican politicians get away with obvious outright lies all the time.
It's not like they are denying stuff that was said in an obscure interview they are denying things that have been said multiple times and covered by news and blogs all over.
You can't just go "oh well one time ages ago Trump kind of said something nice about Putin" it's more like "which source do we pick to show what a liar he is"
