I can hear them talking loudly outside my window. (The drug dealer is male.) Plus the prostitutes are often inebriated.
Once someone had to call an ambulance to help a drunken prostitute.

Yeah, she couldn't get up off the floor of Walter's bathroom. I think she refused the ambulance and left under her own power.
