So, Casper is 13 and in the 8th grade now, and I'm thinking it might be time. Time to watch Buffy with her. If we set a schedule, does anyone want to follow along? Burrell, would you and F. like to be our same-age Buffy buddies? I was thinking of trying to get her to write up a response after each episode. (xposted at Facebook.)

That's so cool, Jilli! Definitely counts.
What a great idea, flea! I absolutely want to follow this journey.
Ahrg, this cold is leaving much the way it arrived, with 3 am breakthrough coughing fits.
Timelies all!
Usual grocery run today, followed by dinner at my MIL's house for Rosh Hashanah.
flea, that's awesome! I think I want to follow along on your schedule. I haven't watched any Buffy in a long time.
I'd love to follow Casper's journey through Buffy! It's been a long time since I watched any Buffy, myself.
As, I said in the Buffista facebook thread, I don't have time for a rewatch myself, but I'd love to read about how Casper is enjoying to it.
Possibly stupid question for Buffista parents: Why are plain square, wooden blocks marked as for ages 2 and up? Is it just because they expect a younger child won't know what to do with them, or would they be actually dangerous to give to a 16 month old for Christmas?
If they aren't small enough to swallow I would say they are okay. The age thing is both a guideline and a legal cover their asses thing.
Yes, I am looking forward to seeing Buffy through the teenager eyes. I was in my 40s so it was a different perspective.
And now that Em is back, it's back to being yelled at and criticized a good deal of the time. Still, worth it to have Em back.
The danger of wooden blocks for the very small is they may throw them. (I mean, two and three year olds may well throw them also, but. Heck, my 10 year old throws things sometimes still.)
