Made the soup, with wilted greens. Added hot sauce (sriracha) and a ton extra of ginger. Could barely feel the heat.

Huh, my Target had a row of freezers off on Tuesday. Not the freezers that had the stuff I was buying, though.
I am watching The Good Place and from a motivation standpoint, Eleanor is mac.
I made veggie burritos with cauliflower, zucchini, and sriracha tofu. It was okay, but missing something. I think I'll add black beans and maybe fauxrizo to the leftovers.
I did everything that was on my To Do list today, and now I'm going through another learning module while sipping a Moscow Mule. This one isn't as boring as the previous one, thankfully.

It is a cool, cloudy, breezy day and later it will rain. Lovely. I've opened all the windows.
We had a great time at the Garlic Festival yesterday, and then I took TCG to a pub for his birthday dinner. The food was good, but the beer selection was great. My car won't start. AAA is on the way, after I paid them my overdue membership fee... oops.
And...the cat made a hyuj barf...and I'm out of paper towels.
Come on, AAA truck. It's been 45 minutes and I know where you are, you're 10 minutes away.
