Avocado Egg Salad:
Thanks to whatever Buffista exclaimed about the yumminess of this. Maybe Teppy? Finally made some today and it is quite tasty. FL avocados are quite different from the CA varieties, so lighter and sweeter, but yum.
Alex Kingston was a delight two years ago at ECCC. Barrowman was there, too. Crashed her panel. They were wicked.
Actually, maybe she crashed his. ANYHOW, they were hilarious.
Teppy was def a fan of the avocado egg salad!
I can't decide how much time and energy I'm willing to put in to getting better at this hobby (dance). Hmm. Weekends are not as much fun as I want them to be, and expensive. But are a way to get better. Private lessons would be v helpful probably, but are way expensive. But I want to be better!
Explosions in New York are disturbing and weird. :(
