May he and Gilda have had a fond reunion.
Yes.
I don't know what to think about Bob Ross' hair, either.
Look, I am caught up! Yay! And pretty much need to go catch my bus. But maybe tomorrow I can look at some of the linked dishes and crystal I had to skim past today...
Timelies all!
I was driving to pick up the little guy from daycare when I rear-ended another car.(traffic was stop and go, and I got briefly distracted by a siren) My car is a Toyota Corolla, the other car was a Ford Escape. Yep, my car got the brunt of the damages.(crumpled hood and pushed-in grill) Luckily neither I nor the other driver were injured. I have called my insurance company and filed a claim, and made a reservation with Enterprise for a rental. waiting on the body shop to call me to set up a time to tow my car to the shop to see if it's worth repairing. It is a 16 year old car after all....
Mondays suck.
Today is making me want to duck and cover on my way through the parking lot.
JFC, Brenda! Horrible.
Today was a wretched Monday, starting with Loki fucking up my alarm on a day I had to leave at my usual time to make a swim at Druid. But I said fuckit and left to go swim. That part was nice. The rest can just suck it. And at the rate I'm eaten alive by mosquitos when taking out the trash, I'm damned end up with zika. And I'm not fucking checking my email tonight.
Ack, Sheryl! That's no good. I get the feeling maybe we should all duck and cover, just on general principles.
Oh no, Sheryl! That sucks.
I'm glad you weren't hurt, Sheryl.
Sheryl, I'm glad you are ok. I hope the fuss and bother with the insurance is not too much.
So glad nobody's hurt, Sheryl, and that it didn't happen with the little guy in the car.
Brenda, how awful. What a tragedy.
I finally got some info about a training in San Diego next month -- it's going to be well out of the city center, in a hotel near a mall, maybe two malls. And we don't get to rent a car. So I'm suddenly pretty disgruntled, especially since the info says that "business casual" forbids jeans. And I'm like, seriously? I can wear jeans in my office but I can't wear it at your training? Stupid.
Sad about Gene Wilder, but it sounds like he had a better experience with AD than many people do.
