And don't you ever stand for that sort of thing. Someone ever tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back! ... You got the right same as anyone to live and try to kill people.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I learned to drive stick on tractors years before I learned how to drive a car. Got my license at 16 after taking drivers ed in school, like almost all kids in my school did. Living in the country, having a drivers license was essential for my high school social life.

This was me, entirely. I drove my stepdad's old car, though, didn't get one of my own until college.

in the hope that one of them will take up more of my time and need to be considered when I make decisions
You know, the more one thinks about it, relationships need a better PR manager. Once a woman gets used to life on her own, a man (or what have you) doesn't have as many value-added features as you'd think.

And that and that.

(ALSO? STEVE ROGERS: NOT A FUCKING LIBERTARIAN.)

And that.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

(ALSO? STEVE ROGERS: NOT A FUCKING LIBERTARIAN.)

Ha! I was glad you countered him in that FB comments section. He's generally awesome, but ISTG, I have no idea where this libertarian streak came from.

brillig

My office just burst out into "Make a Man Out of You" from Mulan, with one guy singing it, then another repeating it, though no one seems to know any of it past "Let's get down to business, to defeat the Huns."

I kind of love my office. Though I very quickly shut down the guy who was starting on "Hakuna Matata."

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I have no idea where this libertarian streak came from.

His opposition to the Sokivia accords kind of means he's against government oversight.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Ha!

But I'd counter, if we're not talking Tep Bro, that his issue wasn't against oversight and accountability as a concept: it was about the specific execution of that concept as seen in the Sokovia accords as they were presented to the team.

Re: Teppy Bro,

Most of the guys I see it in have strong issue with authority without the mitigating factor of dealing with an axes of oppression.

I have issues with authority.

I also believe that you can't have freedom without a strong social safety net.

Once a woman gets used to life on her own, a man (or what have you) doesn't have as many value-added features as you'd think.

Maybe for introverts or people who aren't into sex? I mean, not wanting a man, per se, but you know what I mean.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Or, how long do I wait before I leave anyway? I could theoretically check for an answer from home with a glass of wine. But would that aggravate me more or less? Hard to say.

That is a tough call.

Yeah that.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, yeah, I just don't find the prospect of sex and companionship tip the scales, personally.

I ended up staying about 20 minutes late and walking home to burn off my annoyance. Well, walking to a grill and bar that has football on, I haven't actually are it home.

I really enjoyed playing badminton when I actually learned the rules in a college PE class. It's got its specific appeal and challenges, like most things.
