They are dumb about language.

I get an idea. Probably not quite the right one.

-t, you always make me laugh with the pithy and the succinct comeback.

One of the best responses I've seen to the All Lives Matter thing is explaining that Black Lives Matter, TOO. And that up until now "All" has not appeared to include "Black". I don't know if that'll help.

In other news, the internet has made me happy today with the Twitter hashtag: Fake Trump Intelligence Briefing. Pretty awesome.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I may not bother going back to the conversation, but that's a good one, Consuela.

I posted my ire about Trump being unfit to lead, and one of my right-wing acquaintances said "Apparently leaving our Embassies unprotected and ambassadors to die will not disqualify a person from being the commander in chief, either."

I asked her to pull up the link where Clinton was found to be at fault for Bengahzi, because I sure couldn't seem to find it. (No reply.)

I'm over this nonsense and willing to lose FB acquaintances, because fuck them if they think Trump is just fine.

And now, I will vent my ire by baking muffins, because I just got 5 pounds of fresh blueberries from Michigan.

Pokemon Go - I have no interest in going to gyms and competing, I only want to capture and or evolve all the types of pokemon. I only have 34 of the 134. WAH. BUT, I did get new ones this week at gym and at grocery store, so I guess that's something.

So we compete at gyms for two reasons: you get free stuff each day you are holding a gym and you get more XP, which allows you to catch more diverse and difficult to find pokemon.

Seattle had different pokemon than we have here. So there is that. But LA has a huge pokemon diversity, apparently.

I'm oddly more excited about getting stuff at the Pokestops than I am about catching actual Pokemon. I am definitely in the category of Doing It Wrong. (Tim doesn't understand the appeal of Pokemon Go at all, and I described it as Neko Atsume + skeeball.)

Also, my blueberry muffins are really good.
