I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

but apparently that doesn't stop Comcast from billing you for it anyway

Yeah, getting Comcast to not bill you for services/equipment you don't have is a challenge.

brillig

I think if my only option for Internet was Comcast I'd go for a satellite system.

I think my options are Evil or Slow. And I need to have decent internet for when I'm working from home.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I was afraid of that. That is the problem with Comcast vs. ATT.

Today was sponsored by frustration and underwritten by aggravation.

Yeah. That's why I have Comcast (well, it's why I originally had Comcast, why I have it now is inertia). I just don't think about it, the bills on autopay with credit card so I don't have to even see it. I haven't had any issues in quite a while, as such, but I'm sure I pay objectively too much money for what I get. So it goes.

-t-- that is what my boss (a nurse) thinks it is and has for several years. My PCP did that test last time, and didn't find anything weird. He is baffled and has sent me to a dermatologist, but in the past they have not been too helpful as the rash had mostly cleared up by the time I got in. The dermatologist says he thinks it is an ID reaction to a fungal infection. My PCP disagrees and says that they just say that when they don't know what it is! The two things that have worked in the past in addition to claritin are Aquaphor (after I start peeling) and drinking a lot of water. All of these solutions have been given to me by nurses I work with!

Yeah, the third option is Sonic, which also works with ATT, but my apartment is 5354 feet from the CO, which means slow. I feel like I've done enough research today to make an informed choice, but ugh.

Okay. Evil it is.

Coding and Sleeping

I'd probably go with cable instead of DSL even if means dealing with evil.

Well, they have to know what to test for to find it, really. So that can be hard. And with it so intermittent I'm having trouble even thinking of likely candidates. I assume they tested everything you ate that day before it started, but if it's something in the air I don't know how to track it down.
