Flea, I am actually logged on to cafe press right now in hopes of putting up MALARKEY! Shirts. Also COME ON! We're America! Shirts.
So hive, if anyone would like to create a file for me (I have no design software and can't do this from work anyway). I am happy to give one of you my cafepress log in info to look at requirements/specs. All the things I have on there are board inspired from a million years ago and need to be redone as the cafepress options have become more robust and these old files do not print as nice as the new stuff allows.
I would totally buy a malarkey shirt, although preferably in a nice blue. Or red, or purple.
When I started we were using pictures from Corbis with the corbis watermark left on. I asked as was told that the watermark was supposed to be there to "give them credit because we didn't pay for the image".
Ah ha ha ha ha ha!
Professors using images in their classroom materials and powerpoints might get by on fair use exceptions (at the very least it's unlikely anyone would ever know or care that the copyright was being violated in such a way). But an institution using unlicensed stock photos in printed products that will be sent to thousands of people is just begging for a lawsuit. They should be teaching students not to do that sort of thing in ethics classes!
I have 5 levels of bosses in the office right now, plus some as of yet unidentified visitor.
If you throw a ball at a boss, can you trap them in another dimension? Try and see.
Or evolve them into something better? Like Chris Evans?
So, this year's presidential elections will have a ton of new voter restrictions in place. [link]
Hi!
I got behind about 6 weeks ago because Reasons (actually, probably more because IDEK) and when I was able to try to catch up I kept getting to only a week behind (and thus felt like I was about to catch up and should not skip) but somehow no closer. It was very Achilles and the Tortoise.
But I made it! Take that Tortoise. And Zeno. All y'all.
Anyway, been sympathizing and sending out ~ma and cheering as appropriate, but about a week behind.
